1. Who are we?
We are a limited company operating as a social enterprise supporting local economic development and business growth in the public sector for micro, small, and diverse businesses, SMEs (small to medium enterprises) and VCSEs (voluntary, community and social enterprise). We have been operating since 2019 and incorporated on 10th September 2020. We are fully funded by the Public Sector so all the support, resources, guidance and training we offer is free of charge to providers (the marketplace). The registered address is C/O Smith Butler, Sapper Jordan Rossie Park, Otley Road, Baildon, BD17 7AX although the team are based in Barnsley, Scarborough and York respectively.
2a. How we collect information
When you use our website, you are in control of what information is collected. We only collect personal information about you, and any other individual whose details you provide to us.
We’ll collect this when you:
· Complete the demographic sections in registration
· Selection, ranking and status of Issues and Actions
· User-submitted content related to customised Issues and Actions
· Book onto a training course/event
· Submit an enquiry for; Events, Training, Support or any other general enquiry
· Request a meeting
· Sign up to receive our newsletters
· Are referred through other organisations (such as Go4Growth public sector customers or partners)
2b. What information do we collect?
1. Information about your computer and about your visits to, and use of, the website (including your IP address, approximate geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views); we will ask for your permission before we do so. We may do this using cookies or similar technologies.
2. This may include your name, business name, telephone number, email address, postal address or delegate names.
3. In the demographic information we will ask about your geographical location, size of business, as well as questions about your growth journey. These questions may be changed from time to time without notice.

We will use your information to:
· Process a booking you’ve made with us
· Contact you to arrange a meeting
· Send you communications which you have requested
· Provide guidance and support (this includes through 3rd parties)
· Develop new guidance, resources and support tools for your use
Your information may also be used by Go4Growth to generate website user reports, and intelligence that can be fed back to our public sector clients to support improvements. This is analytical information which is anonymised and does not include your personal data.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties
We may share your data to third parties where a complimentary service is on offer which we believe may be of genuine interest or benefit to your business or where commercial opportunities are available to businesses of your type.

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that this website and its owners participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.
Users are advised to use social media platforms wisely and communicate / engage upon them with due care and caution in regard to their own privacy and personal details. This website nor its owners will ever ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact them through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.
Our web platforms and other media may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.

This website and its owners through their social media platform accounts may share web links to relevant web pages. By default some social media platforms shorten lengthy urls [web addresses] (for example: using bit.ly)

Despite the best efforts to ensure only genuine urls are published many social media platforms are prone to spam and hacking and therefore this website and its owners cannot be held liable for any damages or implications caused by visiting any shortened links.

10. Further Information
The Go4Growth Self Service Platform https://go4growth.net-positive.org/ is hosted on Heroku servers which are located in Ireland, and any personal information collected by the Tool (as identified above) is stored on these servers. Additional services offered by Heroku in conjunction with the hosting of data (such as backups) may be transferred to other locations, such as the US. The end user’s IP address is also stored on Heroku servers for 7 days. Heroku is owned by SalesForce, and you can read about their data processing compliance status with respect to the GDPR here: https://www.salesforce.com/gdpr/overview/
We take back-ups of the data hosted on these servers, which is also forwarded to our research and software development partner, the Stockholm Environment Institute. All back-ups are securely stored on password protected and encrypted machines.
